United States Delivery

Where applicable, delivery from hexclad is limited to eligible United States addresses. Consistent with these terms, we provide free standard shipping for all orders delivered in the United States.

Order Timeline

For eligible requests, orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Consistent with these terms, the expected transportation window is 4–6 business days once dispatch occurs.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

As a service commitment, tracking information is provided when the order ships so customers can follow delivery progress. For a straightforward customer experience, carrier scans, severe weather, address problems, and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect estimates.

As part of this policy, customers should review the complete shipping address before checkout and contact support promptly if a correction is needed. For customer assurance, an order may be cancelled before shipment, but after shipment any return is managed under the Refund Policy.
